Ismail Yazici is an energy executive with over 12 years of experience in the steel and energy industries, specializing in renewable energy investments and industrial energy transformation. He actively manages an operational energy portfolio of 76.82 MW and is developing a 190+ MW pipeline and application portfolio across wind, solar, hydroelectric, and hybrid systems. Experienced in project financing coordination, EPC execution, hybrid energy systems, and industrial energy optimization within energy-intensive sectors, he has participated in energy investments exceeding $140 million USD. He is the authorized legal representative of Kardemir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., holding full power of attorney to execute investment decisions, manage contracts, and represent the company before regulatory authorities. He holds an MBA from İzmir Katip Çelebi University (2019) and a BSc in Economics from Uludağ University (2013), complemented by an Executive Leadership Academy program at DePaul University, Chicago (2014).
